I met Tom out at his place in Mooroolbark, got him out of bed at 8.30am and by 9am, we hit the road.
We took the aqueduct tracks of the backsides of Lilydale and Mooroolbark.
We set out to run 8Km and ended up covering 13Km.
It took us about 1hour 20mins as we cruised up and down hills and through much thick grass.
A joy to run with Tommy, loved it - but ended up with a very sore right calf from my Kayanos.
